BluWave Experiences Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
Please read these booking terms before completing your reservation.
Booking and payment
Your selected yacht package, date and time are only secured after checkout is completed and payment is confirmed by our payment provider.
Balance payments
If a deposit is paid, the remaining balance is due according to the booking policy shown at checkout. Where authorised by the customer, the remaining balance may be securely charged according to the agreed payment terms.
Weather and safety
Yacht departures are subject to weather and sea conditions. The captain and BluWave Experiences may reschedule, delay or cancel a cruise where safety requires it.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation or change requests must be submitted through Manage My Booking or by contacting BluWave Experiences. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the request, the booking package and the confirmed cancellation policy.
Customer responsibility
Customers must provide accurate contact details, arrive on time, and follow crew safety instructions during the cruise.
